That is about it. It has all gone so very fast. I had a brilliant time, and met some great people. Best time of my life to date. Thanks again to everyone who kept reading this silly thing the whole way through. I will do a summary of the back half of the trip tomorrow in the airport, but I'm just not up for it right now. I am feeling too nostalgic.
I just put Erin on a bus, so she should be on her way to the airport by now. As we were walking to the bus to come back to Dalkeith one last time, the Winter Wonderland carnival was playing music. The song on was "Everybody Hurts" by REM, and it was just like a scene out of a movie, me walking away from the city with my luggage. Minus the suicide implications, of course. I'm feeling pretty sad right now. :-(
